Let me tell you a story about medicine.

This medicine not only looks pretty but also cannot be classified as a drug.
First time I came across this medicine, was when I was so little, that I can't even remember. I was ill and I was told by my mother and town doctors to drink at least 2 litres of it every day until it flushes my organism from toxins and improves my immune system.
Every time I would get ill, I would only use this medicine. If I drank enough of the right one, I would get away without having to consume drugs.
I didn't think about it too much until I moved out of my country to go to university and got ill for the first time away from home.
I called my mom and asked what type of medicine I should use. She told me what mixture I have to make to feel better. My freshers flu went away in 3-4 days while others were struggling for a week or two.
I started drinking it even when I wasn't ill. Simply because it felt like I had my home in a cup.
You see, this medicine grows in Lithuanian fields, it's grows on trees and in gardens. This medicine makes the whole country side (and even towns) smell fantastic.
When you dry it, the whole room fills up with the smell of flowers, mint, thyme, oregano, camomile, calendula and many more.
This medicine smells great and looks even better.
When you pour hot water on top of it, all the leaves and flowers start floating and unravelling. As I like to call it: they are coming back to life.
You look at it and it feels like you hold Nature in your hands.

This medicine that I keep talking about is called 'Herbal Tea'.
Researching herbs helped me understand that there is no need for consuming so many drugs, as Nature already has a cure for many of the health problems we face. It is important that we consume enough things that come from Earth (fruit, vegetables, herbs). These things are what is going to improve our immune system and help our bodies to stay strong up until the old age.
